We'll spend 30 minutes reviewing the systems and tools you're currently using, where time is leaking out of your business, and where AI or automation could take the load off.
You'll leave with a clear picture of what to fix first — regardless of whether we end up working together.
Who is this for?
Founders and business owners running a team (or about to), who feel like they're the bottleneck. If you're spending your week on admin, follow-ups, reporting, onboarding, or repetitive tasks that a well-built system could handle — this call is for you.
Who is this not for?
Solo operators with no intention to scale, or anyone looking for a one-off tool recommendation. We build end-to-end systems, so this works best if you're ready to rethink how your business runs.
Do I need to know anything about AI or automation beforehand?
Not at all. Most of our clients come in knowing something needs to change but have no idea where to start. That's the point of the audit — we do the thinking.
What do I need to have ready?
Just a rough idea of the tools you currently use (CRM, project management, email, etc.) and the tasks that feel most painful or repetitive. We'll dig into the rest on the call.
How long until I see results if I work with you?
